Account Inquires
Account inquires are available at no charge when using a Central Kentucky Federal ATM, by logging into CKF internet banking or by dialing into Voice Master Telebanking, using a touchtone telephone. These services are available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Account Transfers
Funds can be transferred free of charge between Central Kentucky Federal accounts when using a CKF ATM, by logging into CKF internet banking or by dialing into Voice Master Telebanking, using a touchtone telephone. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
After Hours Depository
Central Kentucky Federal offers our personal and business customers the convenience of an after hour depository at no charge. You may drop off deposits, loan payments or check orders at any of our three locations in the designated after hours deposit drop.
ATM Services
Central Kentucky Federal offers 24 hour ATM (Automated Teller Machine) services at each of our locations. You may use your CKF issued ATM or Debit card free of charge at any of our locations to withdraw cash, request balance inquiries or to transfer funds between accounts linked to your card.
Please Note: Use of a foreign card from another institution at a CKF ATM will incur a network fee. Similarly, you will be charged a fee when using a CKF issued card at a foreign ATM that displays the STAR or Cirrus logos. Foreign ATM’s may also assess additional fees.
Automatic Transfer of Funds
Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in setting up regularly scheduled transfers between CKF accounts at no charge to you. You may also schedule recurring transfers between your CKF accounts through our internet banking system.
Cashier’s Checks
Cashier’s checks are checks issued by Central Kentucky Federal on behalf of our customers. Cashier’s checks can be issued for any amount, and are paid from collected funds in the customer’s deposit account. There is a small fee charged for this service.
Coin Processing
Central Kentucky Federal will accept rolled or loose coin and will provide rolled coin at no charge to our customers. Coin processing provided for non-customers will incur a small fee.
Credit Card Cash Advance
Central Kentucky Federal will process personal and business credit card cash advance transactions, upon approval, at no charge at any of our locations. We require proper identification for all credit card cash advance requests.
Debit Cards/ATM Cards
Central Kentucky Federal offers convenient Debit and ATM cards to our customers at no charge. Debit cards may be linked to your CKF checking account and/or statement savings account and can be used for ATM transactions as well as point of sale or online transactions and purchases. ATM cards may be linked to your CKF checking account and/or statement savings account and are eligible for ATM transactions only. Both cards can be used to check your balance, transfer funds between accounts or to withdraw cash from any ATM that displays the Cirrus or STAR logos.
Deposit Bags
Central Kentucky Federal will provide a lock style deposit bag or a zippered deposit bag for our business customers at no cost. Additional bags issued will incur a fee.
Direct Deposit
Central Kentucky Federal encourages customers to use direct deposit for payroll checks or government payments. Electronically deposited funds to your account are a safe, smart, and green way to receive your money. No more waiting in line, worrying about lost checks or taking time to drive to the bank to make a deposit. Contact one of our customer service representatives for information necessary to set up your direct deposit.
Merchant Services
For many businesses, the ability to accept credit and debit cards is a necessity. Central Kentucky Federal can assist your business in acquiring a relationship with a trusted provider for merchant services. Please contact a customer service representative for additional information regarding merchant services.
Money Orders
Money orders are instruments sold in exchange for cash, in any amount up to $1,000.00. Customers must have a deposit account with Central Kentucky Federal to purchase a money order; there is a small fee charged for this service.
Notary Service
A Notary Public is a public servant appointed by state government to witness the signing of important or official documents. Central Kentucky Federal offers this service free to customers with proper credentials.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe deposit boxes are an excellent way to store important documents and valuables. Central Kentucky Federal offers safe deposit boxes to customers at both our Main Street office in Danville and our branch office in Lancaster. We have a variety of sizes and fees will vary by size.
Stop Payments
Occasionally you may need to have a stop payment placed on a check or range of checks. One of our customer service representatives at any of our locations will be happy to help you. There is a fee for this service.
Temporary Checks
If you find you are out of checks while waiting on an order to arrive, Central Kentucky Federal can provide temporary checks for your convenience. Come into any of our offices to request a supply of temporary checks; there is a small fee charged for this service.
Wire Transfers
Central Kentucky Federal can transfer or accept funds between your CKF account and an account at another financial institution on your behalf via wire transfer services. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. A fee is charged for this service.
