Before you begin, have your Central Kentucky Federal account number ready. Dial VOICE MASTER and when instructed enter your account number and then PRESS *
Once in the system, simply follow the instructions. VOICE MASTER's user-friendly voice will prompt you through each step to obtain the information you're seeking. Your access number is YOUR TEN DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER (Checking, Savings, MMDA, CD, or Loan Account). YOUR PERSONAL I.D. NUMBER is the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
While in the system, we recommend that you change your I.D. number to one of your own choosing. Do not use your social security number.
Remember: VOICE MASTER is never closed. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may inquire up to 25 times per month at no cost. Each inquiry in excess of 25, in a one month cycle, will cost 25 cents. Any charges will be posted to the related account.
