On Main Street in the heart of Danville since 1886, our top priorities continue to be our customers and our community. We are loyal to the mission of our founders while being progressive in our growth and development efforts. As your hometown bank, we are locally owned and operated and committed to upholding the standards that make our community more stable and sound. Remaining true to our thrift charter, we have kept our focus on home lending and take great pride in knowing that we have provided the foundation that builds communities and personal savings. We have not engaged in the practice of sub-prime lending that has been at the center of the financial crisis. In fact, in recent months we have been dedicated to stabilizing our market area while many lenders have retreated from the marketplace. We have an abundance of funds available to qualified borrowers and our experienced lenders work tirelessly to provide the best experience possible from application to closing.

We also strive to provide genuine value to our customers with our product offerings and we are always working to develop new products and services. In these challenging times, we are quick to recognize that now is the time to simplify, to get back to the basics. We have added Basic Checking to our deposit account menu with that philosophy in mind. In addition, we have upgraded our Internet Banking product to offer improvements that include a higher level of security as well as many other advanced features. We are also pleased to offer this enhanced website that is certain to offer a more interactive and comprehensive experience to our customers and visitors.

And notably, in the midst of a difficult economy, we have also remained devoted to the annual scholarships, charitable gifts and community sustaining partnerships that are fundamental to the commitment we have always had to the communities that we serve.
